December 17, 2010

Dear Beloved Prayer Partners,

“Whatever else the day may bring one thing is always true, that God is ever constant in the love He has for you.” May this letter find you rejoicing in the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His precious love.

The three of us are doing great. On the first week of December, we had cold and flu but they lasted only for a couple of days. The Lord has been very faithful in keeping us healthy in spite of our hectic ministry schedules. The schools are out for the holiday and so our campus ministries. We have more time now to focus on making lessons for Grace Berean Bible School which will be launched on January 15, 2011. We have been praying for more national workers to help us carry the burden of preaching the gospel of Grace here in South Africa and neighboring countries. We believe this would be the answer. Please pray for wisdom, commitment, dedication and more skills as we go ahead with this training program. We are hopeful that through our students we will be able to reach out new areas and new contacts.

In January, our church will be moving to a more residential location. New Millennium College, a sister School of Oxford Combined College, both owned by our church member, will be the new home of Grace Berean Church Kempton Park. It is just 2 kilometers away from our present church venue; 1 kilometer from Kempton Park town and a kilometer away from the biggest airport in Africa, Johannesburg International Airport. Please pray that the Lord will allow us to shine brighter in this new area and make us a testimony of His love and grace.

We still have a long way to go but we are thankful to the Lord for the many opportunities He has given us to preach the life-changing gospel of God’s grace. We also thank the Lord for though we are ordinary and simple but He has enabled us to be channels of His grace and salvation in this foreign land. We know our mission would be impossible without your faithfulness in prayer and financial support. For that reason, we are forever grateful to you. We could not imagine if we had to work secularly and do ministry at the same time. If we, full-time missionaries, are having a hard time keeping the ministries going, how much more those workers who have divided concerns. We could not thank you enough for your gift, encouragement, and prayers. You are our fellow-laborers and what an honor serving the Lord with you! You are a precious gift from God. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
