Wednesday 6:30 P.M. ActsCongratulations to Jack & Susie Lowey on the birth of their grandson, Cedric Sean Lowey. He was born August 12, weighing 7lbs., 7 oz. and is 18” long. Parents, John & Jennifer Suzanne and big sister Brianna are doing fine and are looking forward to having him home.
